Ross applies a proven, needs-based, analytical approach to real estate service. For homeowners in Muskoka and other popular lake districts in Central and Northern Ontario, Ross maximizes property values by helping clients identify new revenue sources for their property while applying best practices to mitigate costs of ownership.

For buyer clients, Ross leverages his extensive business skill sets to find suitable properties for sale, assess their true value, calculate investor ROI, and assist in complex purchase negotiations. As a serial entrepreneur, Maryrose's extensive background includes working as one of the first women on the trading floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange, and subsequently as an investment advisor with Merrill Lynch.

An avid art collector with a keen eye for interior design, Maryrose has designed and built luxury residences in some of Toronto’s most exclusive neighborhoods, including Moore Park and Lawrence Park. More recently, Maryrose took over the helm of the luxury cottage rental company Muskoka District Rentals in Port Carling.

Maryrose’s extensive experience as a real estate developer and builder and her years of client service work gives her a unique insight into the needs of her clients.


Andrew Feldman has been a lifetime cottager and for over 25 years was a successful member of North America’s consumer sales and business-to-business marketing community, earning a reputation for integrity, hard work, and outstanding service to Canadian and International Fortune 500 companies.

Now, as a licensed sales representative and proud member of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada and the Kolbuc Halloran Team, he is excited to be using his eclectic and unique skill set and demonstrated passion for service to help his clients find the best price for their property – or the property that’s best for them.

When Andrew isn’t helping his clients with their home-buying and selling needs, you’ll find him either out at the lake or exploring Toronto's many neighborhoods. He knows Ontario’s near north and the city equally well and knows they’re both great places to live, work and play.


After living in downtown Toronto for 20 years, Chloe Verner settled in Muskoka in 2010. She began her tenure in the region by completing two undergraduate degrees and a Master of Education at Lakehead University in Orillia, following which she worked as a teacher for 5 years.

In 2019, Chloe decided to pursue her lifelong passion for all things real estate, having recently joined Sotheby’s International Realty Canada as an unlicensed assistant to the Halloran and Associates Team, based in Port Carling in the Muskoka Lakes region.

Chloe developed an extensive passion for Muskoka, Orillia, and the surrounding areas while employed as Head of Client Services for a leading, full-service cottage rental agency in Muskoka. During her tenure over the past 2 years, she quickly established strong personal connections and service rapport built on trust with many cottage owners and rental guests.

Moving forward as a licensed sales representative and junior team member with the growing Halloran and Associates Team, Chloe’s primary role will be to ensure the buying or selling process is made as easy and stress-free as possible for her clients.
